Sushi. Let's talk about my own method instead of copying the recipe.
Soak the rice for 15 minutes, then steam it to make it soft and sticky, and add a little sugar, salt and sushi vinegar. If you want to buy it alone, you can go to TAOBAO to buy a sushi set, including Dagen (a kind of pickled radish put in sushi) and rolled seaweed skin for sushi. Buy whatever you like to roll, and cut it into long strips vertically.
Then spread laver on the bamboo curtain, spread a thin layer of rice on it, stick some green mustard with your fingers, and put one strip on the rice. The lower the position, the more the center of sushi (roll it, you will understand).
If it's chicken and ham, don't apply mustard, but apply salad. The tighter the better. Roll it into a circular tube, cut everything on both sides into sections, and it's OK.
I drew a picture for you.
The bottom layer is a bamboo curtain, with seaweed on it, rice on it, and vegetable strips on it. Then roll it like a roll of paper, and it's OK.
Sushi is the simplest.
Secondly, you can make salads or something. Then press it into a paste while it is hot with a spoon. Add some pepper and butter (potatoes melt when pressed into a paste when it is hot), and then add some pickled cucumbers, cucumbers, ham, diced corn kernels (canned) to it.
Go to the supermarket to buy packaged curry pieces, and then put water, potato pieces and meat pieces (actually, just throw them in and cook them). Hehe ~
It's amazing that you can cook at such a young age. Come on!
