1. Vehicles are prohibited in some sections.
Jiading Road (Zunhua Road-Ninghua Road two-way, Hua Kai Road (Zunhua Road-Ninghua Road two-way, Changhua Road (Xuanhua Road-Ninghua Road two-way as the case may be, traffic control shall be implemented.
Jiahe Road (Hangzhou Road-Xuanhua Road is bidirectional, Changhua Road (Zunhua Road-Xuanhua Road is bidirectional, Huameng Road (Jiahe Road-Jiading Road is bidirectional, Zunhua Road-Hua Kai Road is bidirectional, Xuanhua Road (Jiading Road-Changhua Road is bidirectional, Jiahe Road Central Square is bidirectional, and passing vehicles can bypass the surrounding roads.

According to the actual situation of road traffic and people flow around the venue, traffic control will be implemented on some roads in due course:
From south to north of Hangzhou Road (from Hangzhou Road overpass to Ruichang section, and from north to south of Hangzhou Road (from Ruichang Road to Jiading section), motor vehicles are prohibited (except for large buses;
Vehicles heading for Haian Road from south to north from Hangzhou Road overpass are allowed to pass, while other vehicles can bypass Wenzhou Road and Renmin Road.
Jinhua Road is southbound (vehicles from Ruichang Road to Xuanhua Road are prohibited (except buses, vehicles from Hangzhou Road and Jinhua Road northbound can bypass Ruichang Road-Guangchang Road-Hu Qing Road-Yichang Road-Xinglong Road-Xinglong Road-Coast Road or Ruichang Road-Huanwan Avenue-Hangzhou Branch Road or Hangzhou 'an Elevated Road).
