Physical products (products that require logistics transportation)

2014 March Products or services that have been discontinued before May 15th in the group purchase order and indicate "Refunds are not supported at any time"

Refund instructions:

Refund to Meituan balance: After approval, The money will be returned to your Meituan account within 1 working day (3 working days for small quantities of goods). The balance can be directly offset against cash during the next group purchase, or you can withdraw cash at any time. No handling fee will be charged for the time being.

Return to the original route: After passing the review, the money will be returned to your original payer within 3-10 working days (an additional 3 working days are required for small quantities of goods), through online banking or Alipay, etc. The fees paid by the third-party payment platform will be directly refunded to the original account, and the recharge card or rebate amount will be returned to the Meituan balance, and no handling fee will be charged for the time being.
