Method for making vegetable salad with vinegar sauce
1. Add water to the pot to boil, cut asparagus obliquely into sections, blanch for 10 second, remove and drain for later use.
2. Wash the round lettuce and red lettuce, drain the water and break them into small pieces by hand.
3. Cut the sweet pepper into strips, peel off the shrimps in the Northern Lights, and put the processed raw materials into a larger container.
4. Mix olive oil, rice vinegar, sugar, chopped black pepper, lemon juice and salt to make vinegar juice.
5. Pour vinegar juice and mix well before use.
Cooking tips
1, it is best to use Italian balsamic vinegar, red wine vinegar or white wine vinegar as vinegar. If not, you can also use ordinary domestic vinegar, apple vinegar or rice vinegar. As for mature vinegar and balsamic vinegar, it is not recommended, the color is too dark, and finally the salad is not good-looking. I use rice vinegar here;
2. The dosage of each component of vinegar juice is not fixed, so it can be adjusted according to your own taste to bring out your favorite taste;
3. After washing the vegetables, be sure to drain the water completely so that the salad won't "collapse". I used a vegetable dryer;
4. Before eating this, pour vinegar juice and mix well, otherwise it won't taste good.
