2. Persons returning (entry) from outside the province must hold a valid negative nucleic acid test certificate within 7 days or a health code "green code" containing negative nucleic acid test information within 7 days to return (entry) benefits. The village (community) where the place is located is responsible for inspection.
3. After people from low-risk areas outside the province return (enter) to Huizhou, they will be subject to home health monitoring for 14 days. During this period, they will not gather or move around, and a nucleic acid test will be carried out every 7 days. Implement body temperature measurement twice a day (once in the morning and once in the afternoon), and truthfully report the temperature measurement results to the village (community) where they are located.

4. Each town (park) and village (community) implements a responsibility system, implements grid management of returnees (entrants), and does a good job in registration, health monitoring, and handling of abnormal situations. .

Any violation of epidemic prevention and control measures or refusal to perform prevention and control obligations constitutes a crime, and criminal liability shall be investigated in accordance with the law.
