Home-cooked fried rice noodles
Ingredients:
1 small handful of rice noodles, 1g shredded pork, 1 bar of spicy sausage, 1/4 cabbage, half green pepper, half red pepper, half onion, 3 slices of ginger
cooking wine, light soy sauce, raw flour, light soy sauce, salt and salad oil.
Practice:
1. Soak the rice noodles with clear water 2 hours in advance, and put the soaked rice noodles into a boiling water pot to cook (just cook them well, don't cook them too soft).
2. Rinse it repeatedly with clear water after taking it out, and control the water content after washing the rice slurry.
3. Mix the dried rice flour with a little salad oil and shake it constantly with chopsticks, so that each rice flour is evenly covered with oil and does not stick to each other
(it is better if an electric fan blows it)
4. Cut the side dishes into shreds.
5. Add cooking wine to shredded pork, soy sauce, and marinate with a little raw flour for 1 minutes.
6. Shred spicy sausage for later use.
7. Pour the oil into the wok. When it is 6% hot, stir-fry the shredded ginger until fragrant, then add the shredded pork and stir-fry.
8. Leave the bottom oil in the pan, first add onion and cabbage and stir fry.
9. Stir-fry until the onion is transparent, and pour in the rice flour.
1. Add wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, stir-fry salt and pour in the fried shredded pork.
11. Add spicy sausage and stir fry.
12. Add shredded green pepper and shredded red pepper.
13. Stir well and serve.
