Ingredients: 2 medium-sized pears (about 500 grams), 12 grams of white fungus (before soaking), a small handful of wolfberry, 30 grams of rock sugar, 800ml of water, and two or three slices of tangerine peel.
Method: 1. Soak the prepared white fungus in advance.
2. Soak fresh pears in salt water and clean the skin of the pears.
3. Peel off the skin of the pear, cut the pear flesh into pieces, and remove the pear core.
4. Remove the yellow stems from the soaked white fungus, and tear the white fungus into small pieces, not too broken.
5. Add water to the pot and turn on high heat until the water boils.
6. After boiling the water, add the pear skin, pear flesh, white fungus and rock sugar. Add the prepared tangerine peel and wolfberry. Simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes.
7. After twenty minutes, the rock sugar, snow pear and white fungus soup will be ready.
8. Transfer to a bowl, let cool and serve.
