Minhou Jingrenlin is the chef of Lu Buxi, the envoy of Fuzhou Salt Transportation, and the founder of Fuzhou "Dingri Oil" meat floss. Born in Xianfeng, Qing Dynasty for three years (1853), his parents died in childhood and his family was poor. As a teenager, he went to Fuzhou alone to make a living. Lin first studied art in a restaurant in Guanglufang, and then worked as a chef in Liubu Stream Liu Fu in Guanglufang.

Lu Buxi was the imperial examiner during the reign of Guangxu and Xinmao in Qing Dynasty. Lin thanked the Liu family for their respect and was determined to make the Liu family eat delicious and satisfied.

According to legend, dental floss was invented by him to make up for the emergency. Once a guest was invited and Lin cooked. When Dingding was cooking a piece of pork, he accidentally overcooked it. The good pork was too badly cooked to serve. Lin was in a hurry and didn't know what to do. The host was rushing to serve. Lin had no choice, so he tried to make mistakes. After removing the oil, tendons and film from rotten and mushy pork, he put it in the pot again, added seasonings such as soy sauce, and roasted it into minced meat strips. After Lin cooked this dish, he tasted it himself and thought it tasted good, so he crustily skin of head and took it out for fear that his master would blame him. I didn't expect everyone to appreciate this novel floss after tasting it. I think it is not only delicious, but also looks unique. I had never seen this dish before, so I asked Lin what its name was. When Lin saw that the pork on the plate was like velvet, he casually replied, "This is the floss I tried to make."

Since then, Lin has continued to try to make meat velvet, constantly improving ingredients and processing methods, and soon made a "crispy meat velvet" that is popular in Fuzhou's three lanes and seven lanes. In the 16th year of Guangxu (1890), Lin officially opened a shop in Guanglufang, specializing in meat floss, and Lu Buxi inscribed a plaque for the shop, "There will be a pile of meat floss on a certain day". The word "Ding Riyou" not only takes the name of Lin, but also implies that Ding has dental floss every day. Since then, Fuzhou Rousong has its first famous brand-"Dingriyou".

Lin started from scratch, producing dental floss, and his business is booming. At the age of forty, he married Qiu and gave birth to four sons: Ji Chang, Jinbao, Qisheng and Qirong. After Lin died at the age of 66, his wife Qiu took over the family business. The eldest son, Qi Chang, opened a "Longfang Dingri You Ji Rousong Shop" at the corner of Zaoti Lane in Guanglufang, with the registered trademark of "Guding". The second son, Jinbao, opened a "Bao Ding Ri You Rou Song Shop" near Nanmendou. Sanzi Jisheng opened a "Ji Shen Dingri Oil and Meat Loose Shop" at the corner of Guanglufang. Qi Rong, the fourth son, opened a "Kidd Dingri Oil Pine Shop" at the end of Guanglufang. Among them, Changfang Yiji Rousong Store has the best business.

Yiji pork floss participated in Panama International Expo 19 19, and won the gold medal, enjoying a good reputation at home and abroad. Sa Zhenbing, a famous naval star, inscribed the title: "Crispy pork floss is the first in Fujian, and Baoding time-honored brand is famous all over the world". In recent years, Lin's first granddaughter founded a "meat powder factory" and personally supervised the production in the workshop, creating a "brand" meat floss. "Ding Riyou" and "Ding Ding Brand" meat floss are not only deeply loved by Fuzhou people, but also sell well in China, Hongkong, Taiwan Province Province, Southeast Asia and other places, especially by overseas Chinese in Fuzhou, affecting overseas villagers.
