Step 1. After soaking the rice for 2 days in advance, drain out the water.
2. Use a food processor to beat the soaked rice into rice slurry.
(To fill in a small amount of water, add less water).
3. Add the beaten rice slurry, add baking powder, oil, sugar and salt, and let it rise for 30 minutes.
