Lishui specialty one: Songyang tea
Songyang tea is a famous traditional tea in Lishui, Zhejiang. It has a long history. Jinyun sesame seed cake is made of waxy wheat flour, fresh pork and dried mustard as main raw materials and baked in a sesame seed cake barrel with charcoal fire. The cake is golden in color, crisp outside and waxy inside, oily but not greasy, and delicious.

According to the Records of Jinyun County, as early as the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty, ducks were raised in Xinjian and Xinbi areas of Jinyun County, commonly known as "Jinyun Duck". Jinyun duck has been formed for more than 300 years. Raising ducks has always been a family sideline of some farmers in Jinyun County. At present, there are more than 40,000 duck farmers engaged in duck breeding and related industries in Jinyun County, covering 29 provinces and cities across the country. 1 July, 9971day, Jinyun County was awarded the title of "China Duck Town".
Lishui specialty five: roasted plums
In Qingyuan countryside, there is an indispensable snack at the banquet, that is "burning plum". Roasted plums are made of sweet potato powder, lard and sugar. Stir-fry sweet potato powder in a pan, sprinkle with white sugar, add pure lard and mix well, then knead into small balls and steam them on a plate. Roasted plums are shaped like plums, which is why they are named. After the baked plum is steamed, a transparent film is formed on the surface, which is smooth and flat, while the inside is soft, sweet and delicious. It is a famous local food in Qingyuan.
