Nutrition learning experience

This year, I took a nutrition course, and I really learned a lot. I learned the nutrition details in my life that I didn't pay attention to before, and also accumulated some knowledge. What the teacher said is what we usually touch, even some basic common sense that we have always misunderstood. I think it is really necessary to study this course. It is of great help to our life and health and makes us have healthy eating habits. Correct understanding of nutritious food, the teacher will also play videos in class. For example, China on the Tip of the Tongue describes the food culture in China, which is easy to read. I like this practical and relaxing classroom, and the teacher will also play some relaxing songs for us during recess. I really like it! Here are some of my experiences.

As the saying goes, health is the capital of revolution. With the continuous development of science and technology, health is really too important for us. Faced with all kinds of food in today's society, it is no longer a simple life. All kinds of food are constantly appearing, and people are also confused. A series of modern diseases such as obesity have also begun to appear. The course of food culture and nutrition and health care in China should be popularized to the extent that everyone can widely accept it. As contemporary college students, it is our unshirkable responsibility to learn and promote healthy eating. We should not only achieve a balanced diet, but also pay attention to developing good eating habits. At school, every time I go to the canteen to eat, I always follow my feelings, and sometimes I am picky about food. All in all, I found that I had only eaten a few monotonous dishes for several months. More than half of the dishes have not been eaten. After the nutrition class, I began to balance my diet. I want to balance all aspects of nutrition. I also began to eat an egg every day, eat more vegetarian dishes and fruits, and diversify as much as possible to make myself healthier. Before studying this course, I was actually not interested in nutrition and health. I thought that as long as I ate more, I could eat what I liked. But after listening to the teacher's lecture, I found that my previous diet was too unscientific.

These premises are that we should know what nutrition is. Nutrition refers to the total process that people digest, absorb and utilize nutrients in food in order to maintain growth and development, tissue renewal and be in a healthy state. The whole process of human life is inseparable from nutrition all the time. Therefore, people have the most common and basic requirements for food. And what state belongs to health? Health: According to the definition of the World Health Organization (WHO), health is a good state of physical, psychological and social adaptation, not just the absence of disease or weakness. There are 13 health signs recognized all over the world: energetic, cheerful, energetic, normal height and weight, smooth and shiny hair, hard reddish nails, pink tongue, strong appetite, normal body temperature, pulse and breathing frequency, healthy skin, normal urination and defecation, not easy to get sick, bright eyes, pink conjunctiva, healthy gums and oral mucosa. Some people sum up the current people's pursuit in diet as four characteristics: eating omnivores, eating coarse grains, eating wild vegetables and being vegetarian. From the point of view of nutrition, these four characteristics should be combined and reasonably matched, which may be more in line with people's needs for various nutrients. For middle-aged and elderly people, reasonable collocation is more important. Through the teacher's explanation in class and the expert's speech in the video, I know the method of reasonable diet. Making a reasonable diet structure is to choose a variety of foods, so that the nutrients contained are complete and appropriate in proportion to meet the needs of the human body.

1. Coarse grains should be matched with flour and rice: a reasonable combination of coarse and fine grains can improve the flavor of food, help to supplement various nutritional components, and also improve the nutritional value and utilization rate of food.

2. The types of non-staple foods should be diversified, and meat and vegetables should be matched: meat, fish, milk, eggs and other foods are rich in high-quality protein, and various fresh vegetables and fruits are rich in vitamins and inorganic salts. The combination of the two can be cooked into various delicious dishes, which are not only nutritious, but also can stimulate appetite and facilitate digestion and absorption. ?
