If the premium cannot be paid within 60 days, Pacific Insurance Company still has a two-year grace period. During this period, the insurance liability is terminated, which does not rule out that your premium cannot be refunded because of the suspension of the policy. If the insurance still exists within two years, you can apply for the policy to be reinstated, but the insurance company will conduct a medical examination. If you meet the requirements, you can bring the original insurance contract and the original ID card of the insured to the counter of the insurance company for policy reinstatement, but you need to pay a late fee.
