Majian Tea is a specialty of Ma Jian Town, Zhuji City, Zhejiang Province. Majian tea is straight purple in appearance, slightly flat as a sword, with faintly visible fuzz, beautiful in appearance, natural and fragrant, clear and bright in soup color, fresh and mellow in taste, and tender and even in leaf color.
2. Torreya grandis in Qiao Feng
Qiao Feng Torreya grandis is a specialty of Zhuji, Zhejiang Province, and a landmark product of chinese national geography. Torreya grandis in Qiao Feng is even and tidy with thin shell, and the kernel rate is 60% to 65%. The shell is beige and it is easy to take off your clothes. When the shell breaks, some seed clothes will fall off by themselves. 3. Rattan soup
Rattan soup is a traditional snack in Zhuji City, Zhejiang Province. Local people also regard rattan soup as one of the gifts given to people during the Spring Festival. Rattan soup originated in Zhuji mountain village, which is a kind of food similar to vermicelli and made from crops with high starch content. Sweet potato vine soup made from sweet potato is very similar to sweet potato vermicelli.
4.Xi stone tofu
Stone tofu is a famous dish in Zhuji, Zhejiang Province, which is said to be the legacy of stone. Ishihara was originally a peasant woman who washed and weaved. She is clever and good at cooking. She used to make tofu soup with Ge Fen. Because it is delicious, neighbors are scrambling to imitate her method of making tofu. At that time, people called it Xi Shi tofu.
Later, she betrothed herself to the country, and the villagers respected her for her contribution to the country, so they used tofu made of stone powder as the first course to commemorate the stone at the banquet, which has been passed down to this day.
