There may be two reasons why the computer can't connect to the hotspot:

1. The computer is far away from the mobile phone. The computer is far away from the mobile phone, which is just a popular saying. Because both the wireless network card of the computer and the hotspot of the mobile phone follow the short-distance communication mode, whether the wireless network card of the mobile phone or the computer fails, the data transmission distance of the hotspot may be shortened. Once the effective communication distance becomes shorter, it's not surprising that you can't connect to hot spots within your effective range.

2. When there are too many devices connected to the hotspot, other devices cannot be connected. Sometimes, when we use a mobile phone to open a hot spot, there will be multiple devices connected, such as laptops, tablets and other mobile phones. Because there is a huge difference between mobile phone hot spots and special routers, the concurrent ability of mobile phone hot spots is limited, and it is impossible to provide network services for more devices.
