This poem expresses ambition with things, eulogizes the strong character of chrysanthemum that finally died after severe cold, and also entrusts the poet's noble integrity and strong character.
Original poem:
Chrysanthemum in Tang Dynasty: Yuan Zhen
The bushes in autumn are like Taoist priests, and they tend to be around the fence more and more. ?
It is not that chrysanthemums are favored among flowers, but that this kind of flowers is even more flowerless.
Explanation:
Clusters of autumn chrysanthemums surround the house and look like the home of the poet Tao Yuanming. Looking at chrysanthemums around the fence, the sun will set before you know it.
Not because chrysanthemums are favored among flowers, but because chrysanthemums can't see better flowers after flowering.
Extended data:
This poem was written in Chang 'an in the 12th year of Zhenyuan (AD 807).
The outstanding feature of this poem is the blending of things and me. Except for the first two sentences, all the other sentences are written in chrysanthemum, and the other sentence is written by myself. This is a masterpiece to express one's wishes by holding something. Write without leaving people. Things merge with each other. Things don't touch things, and they are locked up everywhere. Writing about yourself is not detached from things, but everywhere.
For example, writing two sentences about the color and fragrance of chrysanthemums is related to turning over officials. Writing five or six sentences is not afraid of frost and dew, which is related to your sense of lateness. The desire to write chrysanthemums is related to one's expectation of blooming.
Secondly, this poem uses unique allusions: naturally, there is no trace of deletion and no sense of obscurity. For example, three or four sentences use the allusions of Tao Yuanming and Lohan, as if they were their own, and they are in perfect harmony with their own poetic realm. It is really beyond the reach of others.
The poet euphemistically expressed it with chrysanthemums: "May the golden parrot ascend to Bai Yutang." Pan-refers to soaking wine with chrysanthemum. "Golden parrot" refers to a golden wine glass that imitates the shape of Nautilus. The word "Bai Yutang" comes from Gu Yuefu? Meet each other. Gold is your door, and white jade is your hall. This refers to the imperial court.
These two poems literally personify chrysanthemums, indicating that they want to be given to Bai Yutang in a golden cup for the use of nobles, but in fact they show the poet's desire to be an official in the DPRK.
