Exercise:
1, two spoonfuls of soy sauce, one spoonful of vinegar, half a spoonful of soy sauce, one spoonful of oyster sauce, half a spoonful of sugar, a little salt, one spoonful of starch, and half a bowl of water are evenly mixed for later use;
2. Cut the eggplant into pieces, evenly coat it with a layer of starch, and fry it in oil until both sides are golden;
3. Stir-fry the potatoes on a small fire, and stir-fry the garlic without putting green peppers;
4. Pour in the prepared sauce, and boil the potatoes and eggplant until thick.
