Practice
1. Wash the cocoon and pupa, boil it in cold water, then take it out and drain it.
2. After the pan is hot (no oil is put), put the cocoon and pupa into the pan and stir-fry until there is no water on the surface, then stir-fry it and take it out for later use.
3. Heat the oil in the pan, add the minced ginger and garlic, saute until fragrant, stir fry the cocoon and pupa, and season with pepper, soy sauce and salt.
4. Add chopped green onion and stir well to serve.
