My friends and I agree that the best way to relax on a weekend trip is to sleep comfortably in a beautiful homestay and browse the natural landscape leisurely. Because I don't like the rush trip, I prefer the natural scenery, so I finally made the following route:

Day Moganshan Scenic Area+Yu Villager's Country Style Street

Day Shangzhushan Fantasy Valley+Xinshi Ancient Town

Moganshan Scenic Area: a complex with different styles, which integrates nature and history, including Chairman Mao's residence, Chiang Kai-shek's official residence, Baiyun Mountain Pavilion and other attractions. You can also look at the Bare Heart Castle from a distance and overlook the whole Mogan Mountain. Tickets for the scenic spot are 8, and the bus connection is 35+15. The tour time is about 3-4 hours

Yucun: a Republic-style neighborhood with beautifully decorated coffee shops and cultural and creative shops suitable for taking photos. Pigeons can be fed in the bell tower of the square, and sometimes there is a characteristic cultural market, which is also the most lively place in Moganshan at night. The tour time is about 1h

Fantasy Valley of Shangzhu Mountain: I like the large tea garden on the left and the cuckoo valley with Japanese style best, and there are also panda valley and amusement facilities in the super-film garden. Tickets are 8 yuan, and the tour time is about 4 hours

Xinshi Ancient Town: an ancient town with no commercialization at all, more like an old street along the river. The surrounding houses are the residences of indigenous people, and the historical former residence is hidden in the middle. There are plum cake, tea cake, oil pier and other delicacies in the old street. It is 44km away from Moganshan. The tour time is about 2.5h
