As for the existence of salt beans, when we were children, we would just put a handful in our pockets and then take a piece. ?Chapai? A bite of pancake with a few salt beans will make you happy.
Finally, let’s talk about a must-eat dish this season, pickled cabbage and mutton hot pot. The sauerkraut must be pickled at home. Wash the green vegetables, boil them in hot water, put them in a large pickling vat, add salt, and then press them down with big rocks. Leave them for about a month before you can eat them. Nowadays, many people find it troublesome and stop doing it. Every year they make a large tank at home, it is divided among relatives and friends. Now that we have sauerkraut, we need to buy some good mutton. Let’s make a pot of sauerkraut and mutton hot pot, add some vermicelli, make it spicy, and keep it warm in winter.
