Mine is similar to the spiced calcium-supplementing rice crust on the Internet, but the materials used are more free. I wanted to make spiced calcium supplements, but I didn't have shrimp powder and spiced powder, so I made this myself. I found it delicious and super fragrant, and my colleagues couldn't stop eating it!

First of all, I think adding ham sausage is a bit meaty (hehe, forgive me for being a meatless foodie! ), one is that the color will look good. Do you think white rice, white sesame and red ham is appetizing?
Cut the ham sausage into small cubes, not too much, or it will taste wrong. I am half a bowl of rice and a little ham sausage.

White sesame: I probably scooped half a spoon. The white sesame seeds I used are raw, but they have not been fried. Of course, cooked sesame seeds are also possible.
Cooking oil: About 5 drops is enough. Do it yourself Anyway, it is to make rice not stick to your hands.

Put all the above materials into the rice, add some salt (not too much, or it will be salty), add some spiced powder (unnecessary) and black pepper (this is for flavor enhancement).

After all the materials are put away, you can start mixing. I brought disposable gloves to rub, so that the other materials of the lunch box can be fully blended.

After mixing, take out the cutting board and plastic wrap, tear a piece of plastic wrap the size of a cutting board and put it on the cutting board, put the dough in the middle of the plastic wrap, fold the plastic wrap in half, and then roll out the rice balls evenly with something like a rolling pin (I use a beer bottle), the thickness should not exceed one centimeter.

The rolled rice should be put in the frozen layer of the refrigerator with plastic wrap for about 20 to 30 minutes. It shouldn't be long. If it is too long, it may be too difficult to cut.
See the degree to which the ice cubes can stand upright and not soften after being taken out.

Then cut it into small squares or rectangles quickly, or it will stick to the knife and chopping board after thawing.

Put the pieces on the plate, be careful not to overlap, they will stick together.

When you are ready, preheat the electric baking pan. Pay attention as long as the lower plate is preheated. After the indicator light goes out, you can open the lid and drain the oil. Pay attention to brush a thin layer.
After brushing, put the cut cubes into the plate one by one, being careful not to overlap.

When it's all done, cover it, wait two minutes before opening the cover to see if the fried side turns yellow. If it turns yellow, turn it over with chopsticks, then cover it and wait.
It is worth noting here that it will be a little warped when frying, which is the cause of heating and will not flatten, so poke the four corners of the warped with chopsticks and turn it over.

Both sides are fried yellow, so you can use chopsticks to pick them up. Let them cool in a bowl first, and then you can enjoy the delicious food when they are cool.
