Chaonan Library has three branches, namely: 1. Chaonan District Library Liangying Town Branch, located near Huashan Road, Gaotang, Chaonan District, Shantou City, Guangdong Province.

2. Chaonan District Library, Shantou City, located near No. 43, Changhong Road, Chaonan District, Shantou City, Guangdong Province.

3. Hesheng Branch of Chaonan District Library and Cultural Center, located on the fourth floor of Hesheng Plaza, No. 123 Guangshan Highway, Xiashan Street, Chaonan District.

Introduction to Chaonan Library: Chaonan District Library is a public welfare institution at the level of the Chaonan District Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television, Press and Publication, and a first-class public welfare institution that provides public cultural services to the general public.

The main task is to collect, organize, preserve and develop literature and materials, and provide book reading and cultural knowledge consulting services to the public.

The main body of the Chaonan District Library building is four stories high, with an area of ??approximately 1,000 square meters.

There are 7 service windows inside, including the loan area, reading area, children's activity area, children's reading area, newspaper and magazine area, children's psychological counseling room, and convenience service room.
