Spicy crab ingredients: crab, celery, dried chili, Sichuan peppercorns, garlic, ginger Ingredients: bean paste, light soy sauce, salt, sugar, Sichuan peppercorn oil, starch.

Method: 1. Put the crabs you bought back into the water and then wash them clean with a brush.

Then remove the shell and cut it in half. 2. Remove the leaves from 2 celery stalks, wash them and cut them into sections. Shred the ginger, garlic, and dried chili peppers. Prepare the green and red peppercorns. 3. Dip the crab meat in some starch and fry it like this.

4. Heat the wok and pour in oil, twice as much as usual for cooking. After the oil is heated, add the crabs and fry them. 5. Fry until the color turns red. Pour in 2 tablespoons of cooking wine and stir-fry evenly. Cover.

Cover the pot and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.

Cooking wine can be replaced with high-quality white wine. 6. After sauteing the garlic in the remaining oil, add ginger, pepper and dry chili pepper, stir-fry over low heat until fragrant. 7. Add 1 tablespoon of bean paste and stir-fry until it turns red.

8. Add the fried crabs, stir-fry quickly and evenly. 9. Add light soy sauce, salt, and sugar to taste. 10. Finally, add the celery segments and stir-fry until cooked through. Pour some Sichuan peppercorn oil and stir well, then turn off the heat.

Finally, serve!
