It can be a scenic spot, a park or even a small town. However, there is a difference between starlight park and night protection zone. The night reserve is a place based on scientific research, and its indicators should reach the level of professional astronomical research. There are fewer and fewer such places in the world, and most of them are far away from cities, making it difficult for ordinary citizens to go. The standard of Starlight Park is lower than that of the dark night reserve, but it is much higher than the starry sky in the city, which can meet the relatively demanding astronomical observation tasks, and it is relatively close to the city, and it can be reached in about an hour by car. According to international practice, Starlight Park only provides stargazing places, and there is no fixed place to live. Generally, tents and RVs are the main ones.
