Overview of the location of Ziyang Park in Shangrao

Ziyang Park is located in the northeast of Xinzhou District, Shangrao City, with an area of 1.31 mu, with ji yang Road in the east, Cha Sheng Road in the south, Planning Road in the west and Fenghuang Avenue in the north. In recent years, cities and districts have intensified the overall construction of urban landscaping, fully tapped historical and cultural resources and highlighted local characteristics. Ziyang Park is one of the series of excellent landscaping projects.

When you step into the park, the statue of Zhu Xi standing face to face is vivid, which fully reproduces the elegant demeanor of this famous Southern Song thinker. Behind the statue is the Zhu Xi Memorial Hall, which covers an area of nearly 1,111 square meters. With the concept of "inheriting Zhu Xi's Neo-Confucianism culture, highlighting Shangrao's regional characteristics, building a cultural exchange platform and building a Taoist education base", the memorial hall contains Zhu Xi's cultural exhibition area, Zhu Xi's hometown tea exhibition area, Zhongxiao Hall, Lianjie Hall and Hanmozhai, which fully displays Zhu Xi's habits of loyalty, filial piety and honesty and the essence of etiquette culture.

In the memorial hall, Zhu Xi's Family Instructions on Zhu Wengong, Theory of Learning from Things and his representative poems are hung respectively. The famous saying "Learn, interrogate, think carefully, distinguish clearly and do what you want" and "Don't do to others what you don't want them to do, but ask for yourself instead" makes people feel like enjoying the cultural connotation of Zhu Xi.

from Zhu Xi memorial hall, walk up the left path, and you will have a panoramic view of "green hills, green land, clear water and blue sky". Looking around the garden, the waves are rippling, the willows are dragging green, and the buildings are carved and painted.

Happy smiling faces of tourists can be seen everywhere. Along the stone steps, all the way is exquisite slate carving. Climbing the hill, Zhizhi Pavilion, Ziyang Pavilion, Liuhua Xiaozhu and other pavilions and corridors come into view. Standing in the pavilion, you can see the scenery everywhere. The landscape skeleton of the park with "seven mountains and two islands" is clear.
