Step

1. Preparation

Clean the cabbage and cut it into 2-3cm.

2. Pickled cabbage

Add a proper amount of salt, sugar, Chili powder, fish sauce and minced garlic into a large bowl and stir well. Put the chopped cabbage, onion and radish into a bowl, spread the seasoning evenly on the cabbage by hand, and gently press it to make the seasoning penetrate into the cabbage better.

3. Pickling process
