It’s much more delicious, but if you ask Xunyang, you have to come up with something that’s not found elsewhere and something that Xunyang has special characteristics.

This is what I personally think about.

1. Crispy rice.

There are restaurants selling An’ang Guoba Rice in Xi’an, and they are run by Xunyang people. There is also a Xunyang Guoba Rice in Ankang.

2. Kangkang, the one above the water plant that sells kangkang has to be booked in advance, it’s very delicious.

3 Konjac.

The konjac in Ankang area belongs to the Amorphophallus seed, and this generation of konjac is not found elsewhere.
