Catering companies of a certain scale that meet epidemic prevention requirements and have adequate quality management are allowed to resume takeout business first and are not allowed to set up dine-in services.

4. Effectively ensure delivery services in the express delivery and takeaway industries. Residential communities, villages, office buildings, etc. are not allowed to refuse entry of express delivery and takeout delivery, and special delivery sites are set up to separate pickup and delivery to reduce the risk of the epidemic.

5. Effectively standardize the management of people returning from outside the city. Those returning from outside the city must proactively report to the village where they live on the same day and be quarantined for 14 days.
