Shuidong Jujube is a traditional snack of Han nationality in shuidong town, Xuanzhou District, Xuancheng City, Anhui Province. The shape is flat, bright and transparent, with thin gold thread and amber color, so it is also called "golden amber jujube". Shuidong jujube is divided into five grades, among which the special "Tianxiang seedless jujube" is the most valuable. Shuidong candied dates are rich in shuidong town, Xuanzhou, Anhui Province, and are known as the "hometown of dates".
