The practice of making tofu
1 Dice bamboo shoots and mushrooms for later use. Cut the meat into powder. Take an oil pan, add a few pieces of fat to refine oil, and fry the minced meat until it turns white.
2 Add diced mushrooms and bamboo shoots, stir-fry until 7 minutes are cooked, and then add water.
3 Add diced shrimps and tofu and let the water boil. When the water boils, adjust the starch, which is as much as one third of the rice bowl. Add cold water and mix well, more cold water.
4 Wait for the soup in the pot to boil, and add seasonings such as soy sauce, salt and chicken essence. Then pour the starch evenly, stir for 5 minutes, cook for a while, and then take out the pot.
Tip: When pouring starch, stir it while pouring it, otherwise the starch will not thicken. This dish is best cooked last. It seems easy to dilute when it is cold, so it is not delicious.
