I went to Tengchong for the last meal before I found this restaurant, because too much food in Heshun ancient town was opened by foreigners.

This restaurant with powder is different from others. It is located in the southwest of the ancient town. It has been open for many years, and many locals will eat it. There are many people waiting in line at dinner. As soon as you enter the door, you can see many fresh vegetables on the table and in the refrigerator. You can order from the menu or look directly at the dishes in the refrigerator.

We ordered rescue, barbecue, bean curd soup with pea tips and old milk potatoes.

Tengchong rescue, that is, bait-frying chess pieces, has to say that his rescue is the best I have ever eaten. The bait slice is thin and delicious. Rescue is a must-eat food when you come to Tengchong, and it is also a sign that his family must order.

Barbecue is a bit like fried pork belly. The skin is crisp and the meat is soft and rotten. Even fat meat is not greasy. The bottom is covered with sauerkraut, which can be used to relieve boredom.

Pea tip bean curd soup, the first time I drank pea tip soup was in Tengchong. Pea tip soup is very delicious with meatballs and tofu. Sweet and delicious, we drank a whole basin.

Old milk potatoes, there are some potato granules in traditional mashed potatoes, and this dish is also available in other places in Yunnan, but it is still delicious at home, sour and sweet.

It's true that everything is delicious without stepping on thunder. His fried meat with pine mushrooms, crispy pumpkin flowers and crock are said to be very good. You must try them next time.

Although I didn't eat crock this time, I ate it in Heshun before. It looks like a small pot. Actually, there are many. The top layer is egg rolls and bacon, followed by fried pigskin, crispy pork, ribs, vegetables and yam. It should be eaten with the matching dip, and it is also one of the souls ~

Tongpiao beef is a special food that Tengchong must eat. Tongpiao beef is a beef hotpot cooked in a copper pot. I was worried that the Tongpiao beef in Heshun Ancient Town was not authentic, so I found this authentic Tengpin Tongpiao beef in Tengchong City.

In the set meal of 128, there are one yak meat, one yak sausage and one yak skin, and four vegetarian dishes are available. The boss also pieced together a plate so that we could eat six kinds of vegetables, namely pea tip, spinach, bamboo shoot tip, mushrooms, bean skin and yam.

His beef was cut thick and plentiful. It doesn't look much, but it's all in the pot. Beef and cowhide are stewed soft enough. As for yak meat, it tastes delicious anyway.

I forgot to take pictures of cowhide. I was so happy that I forgot to take too many photos. As for the small ingredients, there are oil dishes and sesame sauce, which are friendly enough for northerners. Do you know that many hot pot restaurants in Yunnan don't have sesame sauce?

The morning in Heshun begins with a bowl of thin bean powder. In the ancient town, the daily breakfast is basically solved at the village aunt's house. The signature here is thin bean powder, but you can't eat it if you come late.

Thin bean powder is made by grinding white peas into powder, then cooking them into paste, and then adding seasonings. When the time comes, you can also put the baked bait blocks or fried dough sticks into it to eat together. Although there are other places in Yunnan that also eat thin bean flour, I personally think Baoshan Tengchong is the most authentic.

Soaking fried dough sticks with fine bean flour is his signature, but I personally prefer to drink fine bean flour alone. Only in the morning, if it's late, you can't eat pea powder but pea powder.

In addition, his rice noodles and bait are also good, and the price is not expensive. The sauerkraut in the side dish is a highlight, and it is free. Be sure to add rice noodles or bait when eating.

When there is no thin bean powder in the morning, I always come here to eat rice noodles or bait. Rice noodles should come early, and only bait will come late.

In the past year, his family has added a new dish-rolled rice flour, and the food inside is also very refreshing. With his special Chili sauce, I basically eat two at a time.

His home is near beihai wetland, similar to a farmhouse, which is highly recommended by the youth travel boss. He said that whenever they went there to play, they would definitely eat his copper pot rice. Copper pot rice is a must, which contains potatoes, carrots, green beans, beef or ham. I forgot, there is a crispy rice in the pot.

I also ordered beef and vegetable soup. I really like Tengchong soup. Sweetness is a bit of Jiang Duo in beef. The whole cooking here in Yunnan is very serious. If you don't like it, you can say hello in advance.

Heshun ancient town sells a lot of Songhua cakes, opposite the big waterwheel of Wild Duck Lake, but this one is the most recommended, and it has also been on CCTV. There is a layer of red beans below and a layer of pine pollen above, which is sweet. Go early, and the Songhua cake will be sold out if you go late in the afternoon.
