Method:
1. Put common flour in a clean basin, stir it with chopsticks while pouring boiling water until there is no dry flour, and the flour is basically cooked;
2. Put the dough in a place that is not hot, take out a small piece and knead it into long strips, divide it into several pieces, and flatten it to the size of a steamed bun skin;
3. Put a proper amount of sugar and wrap it into a three-corner shape;
4. Put more peanut oil in the pot and heat it to 7% to 8%. Then put the sugar triangle in the pot and fry it until golden.
