Roast walnuts, peanuts and almonds at 150 degrees.
Put the walnuts, peanuts, almonds, and kumquats into a grinder and chop them into small pieces. You can choose whether to crush the black sesame seeds or not.
Chop the brown sugar into granules. I used earthy brown sugar, which is very moist and large.
Heat the lard and melt it, mix all the ingredients and put it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
Divide into small portions of 15 grams each and roll into balls. The final product will look like 37 pieces.
Store in the freezer and use anytime.
