How to make spicy octopus?
First, put the processed octopus in boiling water for about one minute, and then take it out.
Cut into small pieces, pour oil, add ginger, garlic and octopus, stir fry, add cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper, salt and sugar, then add chopped green pepper, millet pepper and garlic moss, add a little boiling water, stew for three or four minutes, and then take out the pot.

How to make spicy octopus?
Prepare materials according to drawings and ingredient list. Chop bean paste and black beans, shred onion, ginger and garlic, and cut dried Chili into rings.
Octopus removes teeth, viscera and skin and cleans them. Slice green bamboo shoots, cut green peppers into small pieces, and cut onions into pieces.
Boil the water, blanch the cleaned octopus, then remove the cold water and wash it.
Take an oil pan, add100g rapeseed oil, heat it, and add the chopped bean paste, lobster sauce, onion, ginger, garlic, dried pepper and pepper.
Reduce the heat and continue to stir fry for 3 minutes.
Add the cooked octopus and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
I added some old sauerkraut (students can skip it), and the cooking wine smells good. Continue to stir fry 1 minute.
Add 400 grams of water, 5 grams of thirteen spices and 5 grams of white sugar, boil and cook for 2 minutes on medium heat. (Note: The bean paste is salty. Add salt or soy sauce according to your taste. )
