1. Kill the frog and wash it.
2. Cut each frog into four small pieces.
3. Prepare the necessary auxiliary materials.
4. Process the auxiliary materials and set aside.
5. Heat the iron pot.
6. Add oil to the hot pot and heat it up.
7. Add ginger to the pot.
8. Add the frog and stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
9. Add cooking wine, vinegar, soy sauce, and salt and continue stir-frying for about 5 minutes.
10. Add chili and appropriate amount of water and continue to stir-fry for about 5 minutes before serving. (Using beer instead of water will make the frog meat taste more tender)
