Fan Deng talks about "Journey to the West"

On June 15, 2018, the sun will be in full swing. Let’s take small steps to improve ourselves in the future.

Mencius has a saying: The way of learning is to be at ease.

A person's life is actually a process of cultivating one's mind.

Teacher Fan Deng mentioned in his book that the experience of reading "Journey to the West" as an adult is very innovative.

He said that "Journey to the West" is basically Tang Seng's personal journey of cultivating Buddhism.

Sun Wukong represents Tang Monk's unfettered heart.

In addition, Sun Wukong has 72 changes, and our hearts also have 72 changes, and we can go anywhere we want.

All of Sun Wukong's abilities are characteristics of our unfettered mind.

The power of this heart is very powerful, and its destructive power is also terrible, so the tightening curse appears to restrain that heart.

Zhu Bajie represents Tang Seng’s desires as an ordinary person.

Zhu Bajie will make mistakes when he sees beautiful women, delicious food, and money.

But Tang Seng will not care about Bajie, nor will he talk about him. We are always more tolerant of the mistakes we make in our own desires.

As for Sha Seng, he only knows how to work and carry the burden without any regrets. Every word he says is correct, but very boring. He represents Tang Seng's reason and logic.

The white dragon horse represents Tang Monk's will.

No matter how other people in the team perform, whether they cooperate sincerely or break up, Bai Longma must learn from them.

Sun Wukong and the Bull Demon King were once good brothers. They were both lawless monsters in the mountains.

But Sun Wukong followed Tang Monk to the West, practiced all the way, and finally became a fighting and victorious Buddha.

The Bull Demon King still has his original nature, so he cannot get rid of his identity as a monster.

At the end of "Journey to the West", Sun Wukong became a Buddha through cultivation and said to Guanyin: Bodhisattva, I have become a Buddha at this time. I am just like you. How can I still wear a tight hoop? What kind of tight hoop mantra do you still recite to restrain me?

Recite the loosening charm as soon as possible, take it off, beat it to pieces, and never play tricks on others again.

The Bodhisattva said: At that time, it was just difficult for you to control, so I used this method to control it.

Now that you have attained enlightenment and become a Buddha, you will naturally be gone. How can there be any reason why it is still on your head?

You try to touch it and see. Sun Wukong touches it with his hand, and it is gone.
