At this time, when the water in the pot boils, pour the evenly stirred starch water into the rice cooker, then prepare a big shovel and stir it by the water.
Use a shovel or spoon to restore the electricity in the rice cooker to water and keep stirring for two or three minutes.
When the water in the pot becomes thicker and thicker, and finally completely turns into starch paste, pay attention to see if there is white starch water in this starch paste that has not been stirred evenly. If there is still a little white starch paste, continue stirring for one minute.
Just wait until the starch paste finally becomes that transparent starch paste!
At this time, prepare a big bowl of soup. Then pour the starch paste cooked in the rice cooker into a bowl.
Then wait for two hours. When the starch is completely cooled, it will naturally solidify into all-white bean jelly sold on the street.
If you can't wait, put it in the refrigerator and remember that it is refrigerated! Not frozen!
