This is the recipe for steamed buns :
500g flour, 3.5g yeast, 5g baking powder, 10g sugar

Method:
1. Kneading noodles:
Pour the sugar into the milk, stir to fully dissolve, and heat in a microwave to 37°C (the sugar is for the yeast, not to sweeten the steamed buns). Pour in the dry yeast powder, stir evenly and fully dissolve; pour the mixed milk into the flour several times to fully dissolve the milk into the flour, and knead vigorously until the dough looks smooth and soft without any lumps.
2. Rising dough:
Place the mixed dough in a container at least twice the size of the dough, cover the container, and place it in a warm place for about 2 seconds. -3 hours, wait for the dough to expand to more than 2 times the initial volume. When you poke it with your finger, if the dough is concave and does not rebound, it means the dough has risen. The risen dough should have small holes evenly distributed.
3. Making steamed buns:
Knead the risen dough vigorously, and the dough will return to its original size. Roll the dough into a long strip and cut into steamed buns slightly smaller than your fist with a knife.
4. Wake up the noodles:
Set aside the prepared steamed buns for at least half an hour. Wait until the small steamed buns turn into medium steamed buns before steaming.
5. Steaming:
Place the steamer in the pot, use cold water, boil the water and steam over high heat for 25 minutes. Then turn off the heat and wait for at least 5 minutes before removing the lid.
