Until May of this year, I decided to buy Master Bao's pastries to try and see if they were really worth the money. So I bought it at a Master Bao chain store in Haidian District, Beijing. I was two people in line.

I just bought it when I was a kid. I bought two pastries, one was pork floss and scallops, and the other was blueberry cake.

Why buy these two?

For example, the pork floss and scallops I bought were golden and crispy on the outside, but very soft on the inside. The combination of sweetness and aroma was very tempting!

At present, Master Bao has opened many chain stores in major cities across the country, and the business of each chain store seems to be very prosperous. Why is Master Bao’s pastry shop so popular?

Three reasons may surprise you.

The first reason, I think, is related to the sufficient ingredients used in their pastries.
