Taihu White Fish

Taihu White Fish, whose scientific name is "Qiaozuihong_", is also known as "Taihu Silver Knife". Local people call it "the best fish in Wuxi". Taihu white fish has white, tender meat and delicious taste. It can be eaten fresh or pickled. It is loved by the public. Taihu whitefish mainly lives in the middle and upper layers of rivers, lakes, reservoirs and other waters. It feeds mainly on small fish and shrimp, and also eats insects. It has a fierce temperament, swims quickly and is good at jumping. It likes to chase and hunt live food, and it still eats under the ice.
