Wude barbecue. Huang Zhangqiu, the ancestor of Huangjiawan, created this delicious food in the early years of Qing Kangxi, who operated barbecue in Dongguan Bridge in Zhangqiu Old Town. Wuzhong Huangjia Barbecue is inherited and operated by Huang's direct descendants, and has a history of more than 300 years. It is the oldest and most authentic one among all Huangjia barbecues. Huangjia BBQ is famous both inside and outside the province for its delicious taste, tender skin and tender meat, and fat but not greasy.
