1. The application for the use of points is limited to the cardholder of the designated credit card, and the Bank of Communications will immediately deduct the corresponding points from the cardholder's corresponding points account.
2. From 2065438+2007 65438+ 10/day, the cumulative points of platinum cardholders (except Youyi Platinum Card) are limited to 1 00000 standard points, and the cumulative points of Youyi Platinum cardholders are limited to 5 million standard points, and those of gold and ordinary cardholders are limited to use. If there are more than one credit card under the cardholder's name or the annual cumulative points of multiple credit cards are different, the upper limit of the card with the highest annual cumulative points under its name shall be the cardholder's annual cumulative points. (If the cardholder holds both the Platinum Card and Uniqlo Platinum Card, the cardholder's annual accumulated points are limited to 6,543,800 standard points of the Platinum Card. )
Some co-branded cards with exclusive functions (including but not limited to Bank of Communications Wal-Mart Credit Card, Bank of Communications Eastern Airlines Credit Card, Bank of Communications Air China Phoenix Companion Credit Card, Bank of Communications Tesco Credit Card, Bank of Communications CP Lotus Credit Card, Bank of Communications CR Vanguard Credit Card, Bank of Communications China Resources Su Guo Credit Card and Bank of Communications AEON Credit Card) shall be subject to the publication of co-branded card products on the Bank of Communications credit card website.
3. The use mode or items of points (including points paradise, air miles, exclusive functions of co-branded card points, such as exchanging credit card fees, exchanging co-branded card points, deducting consumption or others), and the use standards and rules shall be subject to the terms and conditions published on the credit card website of Bank of Communications at that time, including but not limited to:

(2) For the air mileage rules, please refer to the terms and conditions of the "Enjoy the World" flight mileage plan.
(3) Other overall use forms or activities shall be governed by the detailed rules to which they belong.
(4) The exclusive function of co-branded card points shall be subject to the contents of co-branded card products published on the credit card website of Bank of Communications.
Five, the cardholder's points account must have enough points, and can be used only after the Bank of Communications accepts its application. If the points are insufficient, the application will be cancelled automatically.
6. Once all points applications are submitted to Bank of Communications in any way, they cannot be cancelled or changed, and the required points will be deducted from the designated credit card points account.
Seven, if the cardholder returns transactions or any of the circumstances in Article 7 of the rules of this incentive plan, Bank of Communications will deduct the points that have been earned for this consumption. If the corresponding points have been used, Bank of Communications has the right to recover the redemption gifts, cash (cash coupons for members), credit card fees, flying miles and other points rewards provided by Bank of Communications from time to time (hereinafter referred to as "benefits obtained by cardholders"). Bank of Communications also has the right to use the income obtained by the cardholder in the credit card account as its repayment.
Eight, credit card points for the Bank of Communications to the cardholder's credit card consumption feedback items, before use, does not constitute the cardholder's assets, points can not be transferred to other cardholders or any third party, any transfer will not have an impact on Bank of Communications.

Integral validity period
1. Except for the card types specified in these Rules, the validity period of points generated by Bank of Communications' credit card consumption is fixed at 24 months, and the points will expire month by month, and the expiration date is the end of each natural month. For example, the points earned by cardholders from March 65438, 2065438 to March 365438, 2065438 will expire on March 365438; By analogy, the points generated in April, May and June of 20 10 will be cancelled at the end of April, May and June of 20 12.
Two. The following credit card points of Bank of Communications are valid as follows:
(1). The credit period of Bank of Communications Wal-Mart Credit Card is 12 months, and the credit expires every month. The due date is the end of each natural month.
(2) Points of Bank of Communications China Eastern Airlines Credit Card, Bank of Communications Air China Phoenix Companion Credit Card, Bank of Communications Tesco Credit Card, Bank of Communications CP Lotus Credit Card, Bank of Communications CR Vanguard Credit Card, Bank of Communications China Resources Su Guo Credit Card and Bank of Communications AEON Credit Card are automatically converted into joint points/mileage. The specific integral conversion form and validity period shall be subject to the co-branded card products published on the credit card website of Bank of Communications.
