The requirements are too high. Only the locals can make it clear. In fact, snacks are eaten by local people. As a foreigner, talk about my experience, not snacks, but staple food and vegetables. The first thing to say is that the taste of Wuyishan is close to that of Jiangxi, which is generally spicy and needs attention. Besides, I have only been to Sangu Town (resort), but I have never been to the city.
1. Creek snails are snails that grow in streams. Third aunt has a restaurant called "Cup Don't Stop". When she left, it should be said that it was the best snail I have ever eaten. It was very fresh and the taste was just right (slightly spicy). This restaurant is probably in the north of town. I drove there and others treated me, so I don't know the price of the route.
2. Stir-fried sweet potato powder is chewy and delicious. However, the local people say that the difference in flour is great, and it must be sweet potato flour.
3. Beef roasted taro, as the locals call it. I don't know if it's written correctly. It's taro. It's thoroughly cooked and full of flavor, but it feels a little salty.
4. The famous brook fish on the Internet feels ordinary and tastes full, but it doesn't seem to have many characteristics.
5. The poisonous snakes in Wuyishan are very famous, but considering that they are protecting animals, it is recommended not to eat them.
In addition, the well-known Haichen local restaurant on the Internet is well recognized by the local people. To be honest, I was not impressed by what I ate on the day I arrived. Another honest local restaurant is only about 3 meters away from Haichen, and I haven't eaten it.
