Lycium barbarum anti-inflammatory porridge:
3g of Lycium barbarum, 1g of pigeon meat and 1g of japonica rice, and appropriate amounts of salt, monosodium glutamate and sesame oil. Wash the pigeon meat and chop it into paste. Fruit and vegetable mung bean drink:
Take appropriate amounts of Chinese cabbage, celery, bitter gourd, persimmon pepper, lemon, apple and mung bean. Precautions
1. Eat more foods rich in vitamins A, B2 and B6. Vitamin B2 can keep the balance of human hormones and protect the skin.
