What's it like to travel by car?

I think many friends who want to buy a car or are preparing to buy a car will want to know!

I think the feeling is very subtle and can be divided into the following stages: The first is the feeling when you just bought the car.

The second is the feeling after driving it for a few years, and the third is the feeling after getting tired of driving it and only using it as a means of transportation.

1. The feeling of traveling by car after just buying a car: At this stage, I feel the best and the most comfortable, and I really want to drive when I have nothing to do. I know that my level is limited, and I don’t dare to go far away.

When the distance is forty or fifty kilometers at most, we turn around and drive back, which is called driving practice.

And at that stage, I still had a sense of vanity in my heart, hoping to run into an acquaintance at a gas station, a car wash, a restaurant on the road, etc., and let them say "Wow, you bought a car too"!

It felt like all the Ren and Du meridians in my body were connected.

Obviously I have to run more than ten kilometers when I get up in the morning, but I have to drive to work at a company that is only three kilometers away from my home.

And when we are having dinner and drinking together, even though we are not driving, we still have to add: "Fill it up. I didn't come by car today, so I will drink with you all!" Look at me, the person I was back then and the person everyone hates now.

It's no different.

So when I see this kind of thing, I will understand these handsome guys from the bottom of my heart. I believe that this is just an episode in their growth process, and they will mature in the future.

2: The feeling of traveling after driving for a few years. When the kilometers traveled exceeded 30,000 to 50,000 kilometers, my car had a few small scratches on corners and U-turns, several points were deducted, and there were several dangerous spots.

After avoiding a few accidents, the feeling in my heart was completely different.

Every time before I go on a trip, I routinely check the main condition of the car, especially whether the tires, brakes, steering wheel, front and rear lights, brake lights and other essentials are normal.

Also pay attention to the sound of the car's engine on the way and pay attention to whether there is any peculiar smell.

If you want to park, you will never park in a place or blind spot where other people and cars cannot see clearly.

The feeling every time is to warn myself to be safe and not to be distracted.

I often see a lot of traffic accidents on the road, especially when my close friends are there in an instant. I often tell myself in my heart to be extra careful, don’t be a hero, don’t drive drunk, others will fight for my route.

Let him pass first.

When driving on county and township roads with many curves in my hometown, I always take my own route. Even if there are few cars on the road, I never cross to the left. This habit has allowed me to avoid danger countless times.

On those straight and spacious national highways, my speed rarely exceeds the warning mileage on the roadside, because you never know when something will cross the road with poor visibility.

3. The feeling when you get tired of driving and only use the car as a means of transportation when traveling: After driving more than 100,000 kilometers, the novelty of the car is completely gone.

Just use it as a tool.

I also feel that now everyone has a car, and it’s even better. Not to mention showing off, in turn, I feel a little inferior.

Of course, I still drive to places three to five kilometers away, but that’s not to show off, but because I feel from the bottom of my heart that driving can avoid rain and snow, dust from road infrastructure, high and low temperatures, and turning on the air conditioner is better than walking.

Comfortable.

If I was a bit reluctant to borrow my car back then, at this stage, as long as a friend who knows the basics asks, it's just a matter of words.

I wouldn’t care if he refueled me and washed my car when he came back.

Because I don’t wash myself either.

I have a car with a local license plate. I am out of town all the time, but the car is always in the garage of my hometown, and the car keys are always left at the house of a friend in my hometown.

Ask him to drive a few hundred kilometers for me every month in case the battery breaks down.

I just use it when I go home during the Chinese New Year.

There is also a feeling at this stage that when you see many other people's cars that are better than your own, you will always have the feeling of wanting to change your car, and it will become stronger and stronger.

In fact, at this stage, I still feel completely tired after buying a new car.

Even if it is a new car, I no longer have the desire to wash it immediately after returning from a long trip. The thick dust is basically washed by heavy rain.

Only when you go to a more formal occasion will you think of washing your car. That is a sign of respect for others.

As for traveling far away, my thoughts have also changed. I completely feel that cars are meant to serve people, not people.

So I won’t have to worry about the car.
