Ingredients
One tube bone
2 cups of uncooked rice
One piece of ginger
2 green onions
3 spoons of salt
2 spoons of cooking wine
1 spoon of light soy sauce
2 drops of dark soy sauce

1. Shred the ginger and mince the green onions and set aside.
2. Wash the uncooked rice and set aside.

Tips
In order to retain the essence of the tube bone, do not chop the tube bone too much during processing.
Adjust the salt according to personal taste. In the end, you don’t need to add too much light soy sauce to color it, so as not to destroy the aroma of the ribs.
