2. Tofu, Shrimp and Steamed Egg If you like shrimp and tofu, you put them together. It is very tender and delicious. Of course, the making process is also very simple.
Ingredients: 1 box of soft tofu, 1 egg, 100g of water, an appropriate amount of shrimp, a chive, a spoonful of soy sauce for steamed fish, a pinch of salt, a spoonful of sesame oil. Method: Cut the soft tofu into small pieces, beat the eggs and set aside.
Rub the shrimps with a pinch of salt, rinse immediately, drain and set aside.
Put the tofu into a plate and pour out the water that has leaked out. Add a little salt to the eggs and 100% water.
Sieve the egg liquid twice and pour it on the tofu, wrap it in plastic wrap and steam it in a pot over medium heat for about 15 minutes.
Adjust the sauce: steam fish with soy sauce, sesame oil, add a spoonful of water, mix well and set aside.
After the steamed eggs are steamed, remove the plastic wrap, add the marinated shrimps, and steam for another 2 minutes.

3. Tofu with meat sauce. This tofu uses Laoganma black bean sauce and minced meat to make meat sauce. When the hot meat sauce is poured on the tofu, the tofu instantly becomes lively and fragrant. This may be why people can't stop eating tofu.
