Ingredients: 2 hand-grabbed cakes, 1 piece of chicken breast, onion, cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, cumin powder and chopped black pepper.
Exercise:
1. Cut chicken breast and onion into small pieces, add 12.5 tablespoons of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar,/kloc-0.5 tablespoons of cumin powder and a proper amount of chopped black pepper, and marinate well.
2. Pour the chicken breast into the pot and stir fry. After the cake is thawed and softened, scoop in the filling and knead it tightly.
3. Put it in a sandwich machine or frying pan and bake until golden on both sides.
Tips:
The egg cake needs to be fried with low fire, and it should be turned regularly during the frying process to ensure that the inside of the egg cake can be completely fried, and the egg cake is golden and crisp on both sides.
