Preheat the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes. Spray water on the surface of the sweet potato, wrap it in a layer of tin foil and put it in the oven for 20-30 minutes. The trick is to put the sweet potato in the microwave for 5 minutes, cut it open, scoop out the meat inside, and mix it with the macaroons.
