Soy sauce bones
Materials: pork bones, sugar, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt
Method:
1. Blanch the big bones with water to remove the blood and wash them clean.

Method:

Materials: pork tube bones, black beans, ginger, salt
Method:
1. Soak the black beans in water overnight.
