Kota Kinabalu International Airport is the busiest international airport in Sabah and the second busiest airport in China after Kuala Lumpur International Airport. Terminal 1 and terminal 1
The 1 terminal is the main terminal of the airport. There are 12 boarding gates, 6 empty bridges and duty-free shops. Malaysia Airlines is the main airline in this terminal. It can handle 5.2 million passengers every year.
At present, the old terminal building is being demolished, and now the new terminal building has been used. After the old terminal is demolished and the other half of the new terminal is completed, it will be fully put into use, so it can handle more passengers and park more planes. It is the second busiest international airport in Malaysia.
Terminal 2.2
The terminal is located in Tanjung Ya Road (Tanya), only 10 minutes' drive from Kota Kinabalu. The total area of Terminal 2 is about 130,000 square meters, with 23 international and domestic flight service counters and13 arrival hall counters (6 departure counters and 7 arrival counters), which can handle 2,000 passengers per hour and 3.5 million passengers per year.
Its modern features include 9 parking areas of Boeing 737 or Airbus A320 and 9 parking cabins. The terminal also has at least 172 parking spaces. There are fast food restaurants, restaurants, supermarkets, left-behind baggage service department, foreign exchange kiosks, VIP rooms, smoking rooms and three small churches in the terminal building.

Expressway 1

There is only one railway in Sabah, which was built at 1896. 3. Waterway
There are 8 ports in Sabah, which are operated by Sabah Port Company. Among them, five ports can load and unload containers and handle bulk and ordinary goods. The five major ports are Shipangka Bay Container Port, Kota Kinabalu Port, Sandakan Port, Douhu Port and Shipangka Bay Oil Transportation Port. The other three ports are Nadu Port, Guda Port and Guna Port.
